Its products compete globally with brands including Red Bull and offerings from other major beverage companies.
On August 11, 2026, Monster Beverage shares began trading on a split-adjusted basis following a 2-for-1 stock split. The split was implemented as a 100% stock dividend, under which shareholders of record as of July 24 received one additional share for every share held. The additional shares were distributed after the market closed on August 10. The split doubled the number of shares held by each eligible shareholder while reducing the price per share proportionately, without changing the underlying value of the shareholder’s investment.
The corporate action followed a period of strong financial performance. For the second quarter of 2026, Monster Beverage reported record net sales of $2.54 billion, representing a 20.2% increase from $2.11 billion in the same quarter of 2025. Revenue exceeded the Zacks consensus estimate of approximately $2.42 billion and crossed the $2.50 billion quarterly threshold for the first time. On a foreign-currency-adjusted basis, net sales increased 17.9%.
Profitability also improved during the quarter. GAAP net income increased 19.6% to $584.5 million, while GAAP diluted EPS rose 19.0% to $0.59. Adjusted net income increased 15.7% to $590.5 million, and adjusted diluted EPS advanced 15.2% to $0.60, compared with $0.52 in the prior-year quarter. The adjusted EPS result also exceeded analysts’ expectations.
Growth in the company’s core beverage operations remained strong. Net sales in the Monster Energy Drinks segmentincreased 21.6% to $2.36 billion, from $1.94 billion in the corresponding quarter of 2025. On a foreign-currency-adjusted basis, segment sales rose 19.3%.
International expansion remained an important contributor to Monster Beverage’s growth. Net sales to customers outside the United States increased 34.6% to $1.16 billion, accounting for approximately 46% of total net sales, compared with 41% a year earlier. Excluding foreign-exchange movements, international sales increased 29.0%. Reported sales increased 82% in Brazil and 84% in India, highlighting strong growth in several key international markets.
